I have leased from Aaron’s multiple times and each time has been great! The staff are an amazing group of individuals ! Giselle, D’Essa, Jessica are very friendly, professional, Thorough, knowledgeable people. Always greets you with a warm welcoming smile ! Great place to lease anything you need. I highly recommend and encourage everyone to visit this establishment. You won’t be disappointed!!! Just stop in and say hello even if you don’t buy anything..lol Tell them Allyson sent you! lol!

The females that I spoke with over the phone today are very vague and bare minimum assistance I can only imagine the customer service in person would be worst especially given the location. Just because you say Happy Thanksgiving when you answer the phone does not mean you’re practicing excellent customer service. All she said was that my application is pending and so I would have to come in with what they are asking for which did not satisfy my expectations even at the least. Because a different location called me to verify my information which I’m pretty sure this one could have done the same to expedite my application process. It’s giving lazy. Then I was told my ID and proof of residency have to match so pretty much I would have to go to the DMV in order to rent from them which is too much and crazy. I had other questions but I don’t like feeling like I’m bothering people because then I WILL get upset because what’s the problem? All I want is a PS5 for my son which I know I can afford and have all of my documents. The matching ID and residency is ridiculous. Practice real empathy plus better customer service especially around the holidays!

I’ve had such a great experience with Aaron’s! I’ve gotten a sofa, sofa-bed, dining table, chairs, and more—and every piece has been great quality. The prices are super reasonable, especially for how well everything is made. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and patient—especially since I can be super indecisive when it comes to big purchases. They answered all my questions without any pressure, and the delivery process was smooth and on time. I’d absolutely recommend Aaron’s to anyone looking for solid furniture with kind, dependable service. I’ll definitely be back next time I need something for my home!

I got a wonderful couch and bedroom set from them. They were so flexible to help get it delivered when I had availability. Would and have recommended to friends and family.
