Had item for 5 days. Called said they could have back i purchased what I had rented. By time I had signed agreement and told them pick up was 7 days. They charged for the month and will not refund any money. But surely could rent out to someone else during the time i paid for. After speaking to district manager it was fixed.

2 star review for customer service. I’ve gotten the same rude individual everytime I’ve called. Also, They charged my card for an entire month when it was supposed to be a week payment.. called to get this figured out and I was greeted with the rude, argumentative attitude, instead of an apology for the miscommunication it was “ well I asked you when you called. So what do you want me to do about it?” Probably put it back on my card? That would be a good idea.. Maybe get people with better phone skills and manners ? Idk but after I’ve finished paying off this fridge that doesn’t work in the first place.. they have lost me .
