I have not gotten one thing bad from this location. Very great customer service! They are also very understanding. I’ve gotten 1 queen mattress and a frame, 1 king mattress and a frame, also a couch and recliner. I love them all! -Cassandra

they will harass you for being even a day late on a payment regardless of your history with them, its 2024 dont fall for rent to own companies. garbage manager and garbage company. lets not forget the USED nintendo switch they gave me, then they advertise their products as new 😂 jamie if youre reading this youre a con artist

Amazing service! Personally knows their customers. I had only spoke to them on the phone and when I walked into the store they knew who I was without telling them. Will be a lifetime customer.

Walking in the door I felt comfortable and welcomed. I spoke with the store manager. He was was able to answer every question I had. He then showed me the options I had for the product I was looking for. He spoke to me like I was his friend more than his customers. Although I didn't get anything during my visit I definitely plan to return within the next week to buy my new living room set.

Jamie is EXTREMELY rude. I tried to explain my situation to him, and he screamed at me over the phone. I told him my mom didn't feel comfortable being a co renter with me because my aunt had issues with them in the past. He was extremely rude, and assumed who I was talking about. I have no problems with rentacenter. I have an issue with HIM. Calling corporate tomorrow morning! Absolutely unacceptable customer service!!
