You guys do an amazing job! You always have exactly what I need and at the right price that fits my budget.
You people DO realize that's it's much much cheaper just to buy these products outright and from somewhere else, right???? If you don't have the money to do so, is it REALLY something that you need??? Or is it something you just desire??? There IS a big difference....
Fast delivery with smiles . Very knowledgeable about products they deliver. The store experience is 5 stars. They welcome with friendly hellos and remember names! I'm excited when I'm about to pay off something they always ask what's next ! Auto-pay is wonderful as well, plus hassle free. I tell everyone to shop at Robinson rent one!

This manager stacy is absolutely terrible at customer service, and is arrogant. We have had an account with them a very long time, and suddenly 2 of our references were listed as blocked with no explanation, when I spoke with these people they had said nothing of the sort to Rent One. She did not attempt to rectify the issue on the phone with my wife, instead telling her to just contact 2 new references. I will be contacting corporate as well so hopefully she is reprimanded for her attitude and it will be better in the future.
