Entered our home while we were not there without expressed consent and without a court order. Left our property such as wet clothes all over our floor and walked through our home. We will be filing a police report for trespassing.

The beginning rental experience wen7t well. The pick up time w was s on schedule. However getting a credit for an overcharge seems to be impossible makes a bad experience

Not very professional they don't answer the phone and say thank you for calling Rent-A-Center this is so and so they just say hello

Horrible experience. Was suppose to get a washer and dryer and a switch 2 bundled with it. However the washer couldn’t fit through the door so instead of trying help find a replacement set that can still work and fit they just said they didn’t have any that would fit. So they said the only option was to bring them back to the store and cancel the whole agreement or they could leave it and we can try to get it in the door but we have to be responsible for anything that happens to it. I just sent everything back. The way the dude was talking to the delivery men on the phone is also a huge red flag. Treated those men like garbage. Go to Champaign location if you can. A lot better service.

They provided fast delivery with awesome delivery guys, top notch customer service inside the store, and a very welcoming atmosphere every time I visit them. There is always a surprise deal to save you money and who do love that? This last visit, my refrigerator had broken down with it being full of groceries and I no money to purchase appliances in full, Rantoul Rent A Center literally saved my life. They were able to let me purchase a refrigerator and have it delivered the same day, saving my family’s groceries. I can’t say enough nice things about this location, if you are thinking of rent to own, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you everyone at Rantoul Rent A Center!
