I never have any issues with the website or in-store transactions. The customer service is always great, and the quality of the items is consistently excellent. I absolutely love this place!

I called and spoke to these people about my incident several times. Nothing has happened in 3 months! Two drivers came to house to switch out bedroom sets. These guys came high, smelling like weed. They put holes in several walls, they put holes and scratches in my bedroom. One of the guys FELL DOWN THE STAIRS as they carried the dresser down the stairs! They took the dresser out with the drawers still in, the drawers were opening and hitting the walls! I've called so many times and have not been compensated. Ieven sent pictures and Video to prove it. I will be calling the BBB this week! This is so despicable. They are on schedule to ask about their payment though.

Shoutout to the team of RAC on Knoxville in Peoria, IL. I’d give them a 10 ⭐️ if there was an option. These guys went above and beyond to make my purchase satisfactory!! From MaryAnns great customer service to Adam’s excellent service skills to deliver my beautiful brand new sectional along with Brandon ,in a short period of time. RAC was the only place with quick and fast availability to get me the desired item with super fast delivery and set up. Every other place I tried locally were back ordered plus a almost month wait on delivery.. I strongly recommend RAC if you’re looking for Great customer service , professional support and clear information and understanding. Thank you guys I’m a happy customer!!! 🙋🏻♀️🤗🥳MS.C.

Adam and Mary-Ann are great professional workers, on the other hand Brandon that is a employee there I will never recommend my friends or family to Brandon. I had bad experience with Brandon and will never go back to RAC, so I decided to go next door to Arona and felt welcomed and honored and was pleased with that place. Thank you Mary-Ann and Adam for your professional help, and how you worked with me.
