Wanted Amazon return packaged, ups store did it as is no charge
My Mother's refrigerator kicked the bucket. I called RAC and Shaunna was amazing! She helped me rent a new fridge at a great price and had it delivered within 2 hours! I couldn't believe it! Tony and Kimo delivered it and were both very patient and super helpful with turning off the water to the icemaker (not an easy task). They even moved the old fridge to the garage for us to have it hauled away. I had only hoped that they'd deliver the new fridge in its shipping box to put my Mom in...to have her hauled away too. Oh well.... ;) Kudos to these kind folks at RAC! They all went way above and beyond for us!!!

I rate this location with a 2.5 for the reason that I got a e bike from them and paid it off and was promised the warranty but it’s paid off and sitting for over a month collecting dust and told replacement is ordered but can’t get a tracking number seems like a we got sold with empty promises and told what we wanted to hear for someone to close a sale
Tony is awesome! Our AC went out and it is HOT! He went out of his way to help us get what we need! I was impressed with his dedication and stellar customer service!

I've been renting to own sense 2016. I've never had a bad experience. I've gotten washer dryers. Fridges. Ac units. 8 or more laptops. Beds. Chairs. Very friendly staff. Always helpful. Happy ppl. I highly suggest that you try them. Super gold star manager. Great delivery guys.
