If you don't want to pay for the rest of your life will not rent from Rent-A-Center as of this time I'm never getting from you again too expensive you better off save up getting one from the store
Moline store has bad service. I was late with a payment and I told him the situation but they still yell at you and hound you at your jobs or call your phone just bad customer skills and they need help.
I was late on making a payment and they come to my house multiple times a day beating on my door staying outside of my house for more than 30 minutes That's what I call HARASSMENT
Worst experience I have ever had. They are rude. And they tried to push their way into my house and I'm just a 95lb female and he was at least 300lb. Will never rent through them again.
Amazing customer service Nancy is the best! She's always so helpful and understanding !
Never rent from these people the manager cliff is extremely rude he also tells his employees to bang on people's walls for an hour after we were 5 days late
I will never purchase from here again. Rude staff. Hanging up on people. Preventing MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS from exiting and entering my residence. AFTER A PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. Update: It is 2/14/25 and I still have not received a call back from the District Manager, I was told his name is Scott. My initial call was 1/31/25
