Yuli went above and beyond for my needs. I was in a jam and she made it all better. It was an easy no stress transaction. She provided me the best options. That location did not have what I needed and she located it for me and arranged a quick delivery. What a wonderful asset to Aaron's. Customer service like hers is priceless!!

Rod Jr and Ronia from the store on Jefferson Street Joliet treated me and my husband with the best customer service we've experienced. Their patience and understanding in working with us in reference to financial abilities made us feel like we were important to Aaron's. If you haven't recognized already, they work excellent as a team. They both deserve a raise. Hold on very tight to them. You got something very special with them. Thanks for your help with our new furniture.

Marcus Loving and his crew are awesome. I have been ordering from this store for the past 5 years. Never a bad experience with anyone there. They are more than flexible with you and willing to help in any way. Lord knows they put up with me and thank you for always helping when need it. Great store.

Marcus and Marcus did a wonderful job delivering my son's furniture. I was very pleased with their work. They were efficient and put it together in a timely manner. They also worked with our schedule for delivery. They were great.

I'm very impressed by the staff at the Joliet Aaron's store. Michelle is very efficient and she's very knowledgeable about the products in which the company lease to own. She's a model sales person. Very pleasant phone and customer service abilities. One of the most nicest stories I've done business with in many years. Thank You Aaron's for still treating the senior citizens with respect and understanding. God Bless you all.
