Don't like when ya get a little behind and they just come and get all ur stuff like I was left with nothing had to go by a new bed bc they took mine and tv and chair bc we got in a disagreement and the lady at the jerseyville rent one is not a good one not gonna put her name out there but she needs to learn how to deal with customers better and when something breaks and u can't return it y should I have to still pay on it not acceptable still paying for something I no longer have and I paying for something else that got a little ruined but she didn't have to be so rude about it u lost a customer of close to five years and I will never be back again as long as she works in jerseyville Illinois bc she is not very good needs better manners towards customers
Shout out to Nathan the store manager! Very helpful with the process. He didn't try pushing the merchandise on me i couldn't afford and helped me find a real nice sectional within my budget. If your credit is not the best, you have a job, and can responsibly make your payments this is the place to go. What you'd pay in installments or financed furniture elsewhere is about the same. The down payment was less than I expected and my furniture was delivered the same day within hours. Thanks guys.
The entire staff were absolutely first class. From my first contact, Jacob, the on duty mgr and the two young men who made the timely delivery. A very good experience indeed.
I’m a new customer who did my process on line & followed up by Matt Norris. So far I have no complaints. Delivery & set up was smooth, delivery guys were very nice. Off to do laundry
This store is amazeing when i say they go above and beyound they do i wpuld like to give a huge Thank you to NATE the sore manager he is amazing very helpful and always there to make sure everything gose smooth he even double checks after your delviery to make sure it went smoothly and everything is working out the team at this store are lile meeting new forever friends it was a great experience and a thank you to mr matt as well highly reccomend this location its worth the drive.
