Very poor customer service, I called to see about pick up methods if I had the right paperwork. They treated me like I was up to something criminal or nefarious practically due to a recent name change, I have the necessary paperwork and mail. I just wanted to order my item. I didn't even get to finish my sentence, they just decided not to do business and I've done nothing sketchy.

James, the store manager, was great! After a very awful experience with a different location, James showed phenomenal customer service, professionalism, and genuine care. I Felt welcomed while I was in his store . If you’re looking for a reliable and professional store, this is the one. Thank you so much, James!

Store manger /credit manger Aaron was very disrespectful and nasty.. talking over me ,everything I say all he had to say about this problem was it was a lesson learn … and employee Jessica did not know her job protocol… she was left in the store by herself but claims she was new gave me the run around took money from me twice just for them to tell me I’m not approved the day my things was supposed to be delivered …don’t rent through them very unprofessional and different protocol for different people
