Virginia's Rent to Own

Just got my furniture today everything was so nice a looked clean. Come to fine out the set is infested with bed bugs. Will be calling them in the morning first thing to refund me and come get them stuff. My husband neck is all ate up

Takes advantage of employees. Rents at a terrible rate to make crazy profits. Does not send qualified technicians to repair or maintain equipment. Sells appliances and furniture at exuberant prices. Owners is actively proud of taking advantage of people and brags about it. Work cultural when clients aren't around is terrible. They do nothing but hire grunts for rock bottom prices to do all the manual labor while they tell b.s stories to impress each other even though they're pretty terrible people.

Worst experience ever dealing with a business, placed order for my furniture and was told would be in within couple weeks here it is month later and still no furniture, called today and claim it's on back order for 3months but failed to tell me that till today, they do not keep customers informed but quick to get payments, I would not recommend this place to anyone, save your money and time and go elsewhere place needs new management so unorganized, manager troy was very unprofessional and customer representative Daniel was rude. I dont know how this place stays open. Now waiting about 3days for my refund to go back to my account. I advise anyone to go to rent a center very professional there and helpful care about there customers I see they now have my business..

Horrible service!!!! Manager is rude and curses at customers in unimaginable ways! Illegally charged my card until the point I told them they had no authorization! Illegally charged a family members card I used one time that isn’t even associated on the account! Tried to make all kinds of fake laws and authorizations. And once it was brought to their attention, he cursed And boasted on what he can do and how it’s done!!! NEVER USE YOUR CARD HERE, they will run extra charges and charge you sporadically and charge you in advance! Will never do business again, even told me I was lying about my title. Absolutely unprofessional. Managers name was Troy.

I have never been to this establishment in my life. Yet, they come to my house and harass my wife. The employee didnt identify himself and immediately started talking about unpaid for "merchandise". My wife was very confused and kept telling the man she was not who he thought she was. He was very rude and when he realized he was at WRONG ADDRESS he left without even apologizing. If you are going to go treat people like scum for unpaid debts HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS!!!
