I was immediately greeted with a smile and eagerness to assist. I went into the store uncertain of what exactly I was looking for and left that day purchasing exactly what I needed. Josie was extremely helpful and Lance was quick to assist when asked. My sofas were delivered the SAME day by two very personable gentleman. It was extremely hot and late in the day but that didn't affect their professionalism at all. Excellent service. Great communication. Eager to assist. A great buying experience.

Kirkland is amazing I found a different bedroom set there (most furniture stores have the same selections) and it was so me and it was there in the back so it was like it was waiting for me to get it..the movers were excellent all I had to do was tell them where and how I wanted the furniture set up and they handled that for me..so nice and patient through everything. Was careful with the furniture to where my floors wouldn’t get scratched up neither. And a awesome deal and even helped look for a side table To match
