not a very customer service worthy place. i was not leased with the customer care at all. very dissapointed. i had purchased an air conditioner and was getting a tv also had already paid 2 weeks early for the tv and kept being told its gonna be delivered and after 2 weeks i just told them come get the airc onditioner and forget the tv i dont like to be lied to.

Second time I've walked into this store trying to do business. The store is a whole mess. Things and trash all over the floor, no couches that say they're here are on display. Furniture on the sides and lamps on the floor in the trash. This place is disgusting. On top of it I'll stand there and no welcome, no hey how are you? No help at all from the employee standing there. I unfortunately can't continue to waste my time and I'll go somewhere else.

No problem with the site. Previous managers were rude and made the experience unpleasant. Near the end of my agreement I had a late payment. Instead of acknowledging I'd not been late once to that point, I was treated as though I'd never paid on time or something. Had it not been for my husband I would've let it go back with the people at my door.

My visit ended up me with furniture I wanted and delivered the same day too! My RentACenter Man was Austin B Hayes and he was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable about the products on the sales floor. He was awesome!

I love the feel of going into my local RaC. They are friendly and feel like a family rather than random employees. One employee even took some kittens during a visit and were very lovely. We are glad they were able to get those kittens and raise them. Wonderful people no doubt
