Tiffany and Randy is the best, just wanted to say that you have two valuable employees on your team. Very understanding and very professional. Knows how to make their customers happy.

Been doing business with this store for 5 years now. Told them for the past 4 months that I would pay on the 15th and they still would come by and charge a 13.00 trip fee. This morning I called and talked with the sales manager and he told me they would wave that trip fee so I called back to make payment and a young lady answered the phone and told me they couldn’t wave the fee and hung up on me…… awful customer service

In my opinion, not at all trustworthy, they don't honor their agreements. I rented a dryer from here, the online ad says 1 cent to get started and no payment for 30 days, they do not honor the ad. I was made to pay half down and supposed to pay the other half on the 15th on this month. Well they made me pay the entire month instead which gives them a FREE $28 in their pockets. I got a refund and was told to call them back to pay the correct amount, supposed to have been $28.35, but nooooo...they took out $61 instead which is actually $5 higher than the actual payments. They said I would be refunded, (haven't got that yet) and they would send a message to Ezpay about it. Haven't heard nothing as of yet. I bassicaly was cheated out of $28 which I'm sure they just pocketed. I will not do business with them again. Once I get my $61 back(if I do that is), I'm going to cancel my account with them and tell them to pick this thing back up. I don't deal with liars and these people do nothing but lie. Watch your accounts people, they may be getting more than you think.

As a customer of Aaron’s at multiple locations, I had the best customer service offered at this location. The store is neat and clean. Sharon and staff is very professional and willing to help assist you getting what you want. Sharon and staff were recently invited to be apart of our Bash to School Bash and they came out and gave out school supplies as a give back to the community. Aaron’s we appreciate you allowing Sharon and staff to be apart of our event. Overall good customer service as well as great advertisement.

Very great location to visit with great customer service from the time you walk into the door until you leave. The store manager is awesome as well and go beyond the call of duty to ensure customers are satisfied. I have always hated shopping at an Aarons until I stopped in this location. Its always clean and neat as well.
