I went into the store right after work after 5p.m looking to purchase a TV and bed mattress. Ms. Lisa was very helful. I would definitely recommend family and friends.

The visit at ghe store was extremely pleasant. It was organized anc thd item i was looking for easy to find. The salesperson was very well prompt in answering the questions we had concerning the appliance I was looking for. I would recommend the store to my friend.

Making my purchase with Badcock was a breeze. I did some of my transaction online and when I got to the store it didn't take but a couple of minutes to complete. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service!

Don't know how this store has 4.5 stars unless we just caught them on a bad attitude day!! Me and my wife were shopping for a upright freezer, dinning room and living room set. Walked to the back desk and ask the lady where all of the dinning room tables were. She wasn't busy but said they are all over the place and walked away. So I looked at my wife and she said let's go somewhere else. And we did go to farmers furniture. As soon as we walked in the door someone come up right away. Was very polite and helpful. We found everything we wanted with the good attitude of a great sal's person. I spent almost 8,000 cash with them. Sorry for your loss badcock.

Katie helped me last week when I went in & she did a great job!! She looked up the prices & the availability of the items I wanted & got me taken care of & I was in & out in no time🙂 I called back a couple of times w/a few questions & I was afraid I was going to get on her nerves but she was pleasant & helpful everytime. My new "stuff" will arrive today & I couldn't be happier ☺ Thank you Katie & Badcock!!
