Super clean, arrived a couple minutes before closing so wasn't able to purchase. However, very organized & better quality furniture compared to Buddy's.

I spoke to the sweetest and most helpful young man today at your store, thank you Victor for everything. You are extremely polite and that's something that is very rare in customer service nowadays nervous nowadays. They did well when they hired you I hope you get a raise you definitely deserve one you do not have an easy job.

The delivery guy was greatly appreciated and very knowledgeable. He gave me a whole lesson on how my smart washer worked (I've always had traditional knob washers). He was friendly and didn't make me feel ignorant or embarrassed for asking the questions (If your reading this sir, your awesome && I hope your the lead guy, cause you deserve to be). The lady who helped me with my lease(I do believe she was the Store Manager) was hands down amazing. Her vibe is one of those that's inviting and friendly. Very professional but with a hometown vibe and demeanor. She was top notch with her customer service. Not only was she able to schedule my repair on my dryer and lease me a new washer, she also did research on my dryer I recently started leasing and took it upon herself to exchange my current dryer for a newer one! It even matched my washer I just got. Oh, and did I mention my price stayed the same?! Top notch customer service, atmosphere that's not sales driven and money grabbing, and a very thoughtful manager. Definitely recommend! You both deserve a raise and a paid vacay! Thank you so much for the easiest experience on a lease and giving me knowledge I didn't know I needed😅😂
