I’ve had a bedroom set from them since April of this year , never had an issue with Mr.Tom regarding my payments , he was always willing to work with me and did very good customer service ! The new store manager who goes by Gina was very rude and had a terrible attitude towards me about furniture I paid for previously! She informed me I was a month and a half behind (due to personal reasoning) I let her know myself and tom came to an agreement for me to make that missed payment in September , she declined my payment and told me she was taking me to court for that one payment ! She was very rude and would not let me speak with anyone else ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOW THAT MR.TOM IS GONE !!!!!
Tom and The Crew are Second to none in Statesboro .Friendly ,Top notch Customer Service and a Team that Cares and always puts the Customer first . I Recommend this Place

Really happy and satisfying experience!! The associates was helpful and very compassionate to my needs! The process was quick and easy!!
When I went there for a bedroom set my granddaughter made her a new friend Mr Tom she colored pictures for him to put up on his board and he pushed her around in the buggy and I can tell that my granddaughter made Mr Tom day just the little time we were there..the staff there are so nice and friendly I would highly recommend anyone to go there if they want a friendly service
