After my account is paid off I will never them again! They have been harassing me on and off about my account it’s not even funny. I am on ez pay and they called me last month stating that I did a dispute and that two charges came back and it was my fault she claimed. I told her how can I dispute the charges when all of my payments came out as one payment from my account. She claimed that I need to talk to my bank and she wouldn’t even let me talk. Plus!!!! I have a recliner that broke on me last year and they never even got anyone to come fix it. They kept telling me oh we told our furniture man and he tried to call me but that’s a big fat lie! Yall can come get this darn recliner and take it off my account completely! NO I refuse to pay for the thing even when it’s broken. I will not even talk to them anymore. They can talk to the voice mail. Calling me again today about what? It better not be for my payment cause on my account my next payment is not until the 23rd! Plus when I am able to pay is my days I can pay. Never again will I ever go to Aaron’s. It will be a cold day down there before I ever use them. The new store manager and associates are 100% rude and no customer service care or training!

This place keeps leaving messages on my work phone, but I have never once used this place, nor do I work anywhere near Stockbridge! I have called and said they have a wrong number, but they keep calling anyway. If they cant get customers’ phone numbers correct, I’m scared to see what else happens here.

Go somewhere else i can 100% promise you the stress isn't worth it dealing with these people or arrons... save yourself the time and money abd find somewhere else that is willing to help you and not go back and forth with you. Also the stuff is very rude too

If I could give 0 stars I would.. Their customer service is ridiculous talk to you any kind of way and then expect for you not to react in the same way they acting all my things literally broke.. My bed frame broke 2 times already and I look at the screws they all are different sizes it literally looks like somebody just picked up whatever screws they seen and put it on the bed,Dresser is not aligned, Box spring has broken yet a 3rd time I have never got nothing from another furniture company and all those things is messing up and then they complain about fixing it but wants a payment on time I’M NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT KEEPS GETTING MESSED UP AND THEN YOU BLAMING ME NO IT’S THE MANUFACTURER YOU GETTING YOUR THINGS FROM MAKINGT THEIR THINGS CHEAP MADE THEN I TELL THEM I JUST DON’T WANT IT NO MORE THEN THEY GOES TO SAY YOU CAN’T KEEP 1 LEASE AND NOT THE OTHER I SAID YOU CAN JUST PICK UP EVERYTHING THEN SHE GOES TO SAY YOU STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY AND HANGS UP

I’ve been a customer at Aarons for almost two years now, and I can say they have been nothing short of amazing!! The staff is always so welcoming and knowledgeable anytime I speak with them. The prices are truly reasonable and I couldn’t be more thankful for a company that works with my family the way they do!
