Walked in to do a Amazon return everyone looked at me -- not one person spoke. They looked at me like I was crazy. And all I did was walk in!! I got to the counter and I had to be the one to say the first word. Not good customer service.

Mr.Jody always be right there for me when I need him even if it’s not about a rental. I Ask God to continue to speak over his life. I wanna thank Mr.Josh who brought my new refrigerator out, he was very professional and answered any questions I had.
I'm in the beginning stages of working with this company, but all has been smooth.
These people are so rude! They’re completely not understanding if things come up in your life they harass you over 67.00! My daughter and grand daughter got in a bad car Accident in Fla and I informed them of that and they still was sending threatening texts about the 67 dollar payments! Just bad business! Once I get a new account somewhere else they can come get their raggedy dryer and washer that barely works! They’re so nasty and threatening very unprofessional
Two weeks later and I have yet to hear from them about my stolen merchandise. I kept trying to return time phone call to the district manager and had no help at all. This place has the worst customer service ever. If someone steals your items you still have to pay for them. They’ll tell you everything you want to hear but you get no results. I told them to tell James the account manager to stop calling me but he continued to do so anyway. They agreed and said he should only call customers who are late every week. If you have to furnish your place of living, do NOT use this store at all. Worst experience ever
