If I could leave no stars I would. Management at this location are less than professional and customer service oriented. My experience was horrible I would not recommend Aaron’s to anyone.

Employee was very rude and condescending when I called in to ask when my delivery would arrive. Disgusting way to treat customers. She called back claiming to be management, Talked to my wife and called me, her husband, her "little friend" then proceeded to continue to be disrespectful and rude. DO NOT COME HERE!

Apparently I was 30 days past due when I honestly thought I was only 1.5 weeks behind. I travel constantly for work, and instead of trying to work with me, they filed a lawsuit. I’ve already paid close to $2,000 toward this refrigerator, so it feels like they weren’t interested in giving me the opportunity to catch up. Instead, it feels like they’d rather take the refrigerator back and lease it to someone else. To make matters worse, they originally delivered the wrong refrigerator, which left my family without a fridge and without a way to keep our food cold for quite some time. Despite that, I’ve always made an effort to make my payments, even if they’ve sometimes been late. What disappointed me the most wasn’t just the lawsuit—it was the way I was treated. The manager spoke to me in a condescending and pretentious manner, making me feel belittled instead of trying to understand my situation or help me find a solution. Customer service should never make someone feel that way. Ironically, I called several other Aaron’s locations, and every one of them was kind, respectful, and willing to discuss different options. That showed me this experience wasn’t representative of every store, but it certainly reflects poorly on this particular location. I understand that business is business, but treating customers with dignity and respect should always be part of that. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store.
