I have to say, this has been the best customer service experience I’ve had in the five years I’ve lived in Douglasville! Rebecca was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took the time to help me test different furniture pieces to find what fit me best and what would truly work for my home. Her main concern was making sure I left happy with something that met my needs, and that level of care meant so much. I also want to recognize her manager. Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and informative about their products. They made the entire shopping experience stress-free and enjoyable. I walked out of the store with furniture that I absolutely love, the delivery timeline was excellent, and the pricing was fair. I felt comfortable and valued throughout the entire process. Because of the exceptional service I received, I will absolutely continue doing business with them. They’ve earned a lifelong customer, and I’ll be purchasing all of my future furniture from them. Thank you, Rebecca and the entire team, for such an outstanding experience!

This by far my best experience with any rent to own company. They were very fast and very helpful when it came to the moving process and they are very affordable price wise definitely recommend. They treat you like family here💪🏽

LeRoy and the staff at Rent A Center in Douglasville always make me feel welcome. LeRoy always communicate with me. He takes the time the work around my busy schedule with my delivery. He also take the time out to answer any questions I have. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always makes me feel welcome. It's refreshing to see a company that truly values its customers. This location has by far been the best I have been to so far . I literally made a review about a year ago saying how I live this store and here we are a year later I’m saying the same thing ! Leroy has been amazing through out my whole process from helping with payments to , to looking for appliances etc. I am a few payments away from owning my stuff & even though i feel like this store has been my little family I can’t lie and say im not happy we are at the end of this road but If yall continue to hire people like Leroy I might just have to come back an get something else lol .
