This by far my best experience with any rent to own company. They were very fast and very helpful when it came to the moving process and they are very affordable price wise definitely recommend. They treat you like family here💪🏽

LeRoy and the staff at Rent A Center in Douglasville always make me feel welcome. LeRoy always communicate with me. He takes the time the work around my busy schedule with my delivery. He also take the time out to answer any questions I have. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always makes me feel welcome. It's refreshing to see a company that truly values its customers. LeRoy I truly appreciate your leadership and I appreciate you and the staff for always making my visit (weather in person or on the phone) a pleasant encounter. Great customer service everytime. I will always return for future purchases and Rent A Center in Douglasville is highly recommended.

This location has by far been the best I have been to so far . I literally made a review about a year ago saying how I live this store and here we are a year later I’m saying the same thing ! Leroy has been amazing through out my whole process from helping with payments to , to looking for appliances etc. I am a few payments away from owning my stuff & even though i feel like this store has been my little family I can’t lie and say im not happy we are at the end of this road but If yall continue to hire people like Leroy I might just have to come back an get something else lol .
