I have been a customer 10 plus years and to send my appliance back only to Receive trash I am very much Disgusted I have referred and also to continue to shop but now not anymore

Everytime I put in a online order the Gm at the cordele store cancels it every time and doesn’t give a reason why he canceled it I can say there is one that is nice and that Johnny he cool as could be he tries to help in any way he can

Make sure when placing online orders that the correct address is in there they had issues with mine but got resolved

Don’t stand behind their furniture. They have come out saying they have fix it. Couple months later same thing again or something else messing up. Said the recliner couldn’t be fixed but all they say you can do is swap it but they don’t even carry that make more. Can’t get credit you have to get mixed matched furniture. Very unsatisfied with it all. They said call them. Same thing as before we can’t do anything. Just trying to make themselves look good online. Won’t do anything.

Will not shop back with Aaron's I gave up my items because even the computer we recieved from this store paying monthly for a while and it did not work it would take 30 min. Just to start up they did nothing to help me in this situation except say they can start a new one and burn all the money I gave befor not because we didn't want it no more it was a lemon we even called HP to fix and see to help it we ate more aggravation trying to fix it then useing it don't go to this location because if you have a even a small problem your stuck with it they don't help they just want there money when it's due

I got a call from a salesman about coming and checking out their sale. I told the salesgirl that I could not afford to pay more than I'm already paying. She said for me to come in and that we could work with my payments that I'm already making, I went in and picked out a loveseat sectional totaled up to $1200 before taxes and finance charges. The first thing she said I would have to pay a down payment and I've ready been told that since I ha e been a customer of theirs for many years that I wouldn't have to pay a down payment cause I was excluded from that since they had just started that all customers was required to pay one then she went on and told me that my payment would go up only $10 well when somebody tells me that they will work with what I'm already paying means my payment will not go up so since I was required to pay a down payment and my payment would go up I had to turn arojnd and just leave with no purchase and I hates that too cause I could really use a new loveseat or chair to set in but can't do $10 more a month cause that means it be starting all over and refinancing everything's already have along with the new loveseat. If my payment would have been worked with I would have bought even though I would have been starting all over. I have shopped at Badcock long enough that I had done been told I would not be required a down payment nd my line of credit jas went up to $5000.00 with all that in mind why would you invite me to come shop and tell me that you could work with my payments when you can't?

I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for a 4 chair table set i was told to pick it up last Saturday when I got there it had been put back on the truck taken to a store located in Sylvester Ga and sold i was told another would be ordered and I could pick up Wednesday 9/16 they would deliver for free after lunch called the table still wasn't there claims not it will br Saturday I asked for my money to be refunded the associated tried to talk me out of it

My experience was wonderful this time at Babcock was very reluctant about going there cuz my past experience this time it was wonderful. Nice and friendly hope I have the same sales person every time.
