The customer service is good is just the service men they have are not up to par my daughter returned her washer and dryer because I just bought her a set i went and told them to come pick it up on 4/29/26 it's 5/6/26 and they still haven't picked it up it's just sitting in the way RAC hire some more service men and delivery guys
