Absolutely Frustrating Experience — Switch to Aaron’s Instead I’ve been dealing with Rent-A-Center since 2023, purchasing several TVs, a living room set, a dining room set, and gaming systems, all of which I’ve paid off. My most recent rentals were a sleeper sofa and a fireplace TV stand, which I’m returning tomorrow—gratefully—because of the completely unreasonable treatment from this company. I’ve tried to work with Rent-A-Center for years out of necessity, but their service has become intolerable. Unlike other rental companies, like Aaron’s, Rent-A-Center refuses to accommodate customers even for minor delays. Being just a day or two late on a payment results in calls that feel more like harassment than service. Their first move is to mention “expired rental agreements,” immediately pressuring you as if you’re in the wrong, instead of asking what’s going on or offering solutions. When it comes to pick-ups or deliveries, Rent-A-Center is inflexible. They demand you be home during limited windows (like 3–5 PM), ignoring the reality that most customers work 9–5. They refuse weekend or after-5 pick-ups—even for loyal customers—making it unnecessarily difficult to comply. In contrast, Aaron’s has always been flexible, professional, and willing to work with you if there’s a scheduling conflict or delay. Management at Rent-A-Center is inconsiderate and rude. I’ve even called corporate about issues, such as being charged for items I had already scheduled for pick-up, and was met with resistance rather than understanding. After one complaint, the manager temporarily said they would “work with me,” but it was only a temporary fix. The same unreasonable behavior resumed shortly after. Additionally, Rent-A-Center’s furniture selection is minimal, whereas Aaron’s offers better variety, customer service, and hospitality. After years of trying to make it work, I’m ending my relationship with Rent-A-Center permanently. If you want to save yourself time, stress, and frustration, do yourself a favor: call Aaron’s instead.

zack and carlos did absolutely amazing on the delivery while scott and amy were very helpfull instore during the stransaction process all around id recommend this rent a center to anyone who needs furniture that cant buy it out right they will be honest with you and understanding 5stars good job rent a center

Great customer service. The staff worked with me concerning my needs. Deliveries were very prompt and professional.

Zack and T did an amazing job on delivery Amy was wonderful getting it set up and was worry free I am happy with the product that I got from these guys I highly recommend rent a center to everyone
