Great Rooms

We had a team event and for many of us, this was our 1st experience with Escape room. We all had a great time! The staff was very helpful - from the initial call, to booking, to the actual day when we showed up. Love the unlimited ‘hints’ that we got throughout the game. We really enjoyed it!!

Really fun experience with some friends. The rooms aren't extremely immersive or intricate, very campy, but that's okay. If you go in with the right expectations, you'll enjoy yourself a lot. Staff is friendly and do a pretty good job explaining things before you start.

Me and my group had such a good time we did two rooms in one day! Carla was who helped us and was our game master and she did such an amazing job! It was two of my friends first times and they had such a good time, and she was so patient with us. I also want to thank Carla soooooooo much because she helped me with an issue with my encore tickets that no one else was able to help me with! But she took the time to do it, and I appreciate it so much.

The main lobby was so pretty! The host lady was very sweet! I forgot to get her name 🥺, I’m so sorry! Sitting in the main lobby we hear music playing for what we’re assuming was from the haunted hotel or the midnight heist. Either way it sounded funny as heck and we’ll definitely be back to try that one! But we did the poker in the presidential bunker, the room was cool and very active lol. We had four people and we broke off in two and worked on different sections of the puzzle, which was something I have yet to see for an escape room. It was very cool and was very noise oriented which was a bit loud with the buzzer lol. The only reason this got a 4 star is because during the game when asking for hints they were very cryptic and we were already confused. We’d ask about a certain clue and they were giving us a clue about a puzzle we didn’t even start lol. It was like talking to a robot when you’re sitting on the phone trying to talk to a doctor or a real person, but you get the automated robot 😂 Parking was a bit hard to find but it was an also a Friday night….

We had an amazing time at The Great Escape Room in downtown St. Pete! From the moment we arrived, Carla and Will were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole experience smooth and exciting. The escape room itself was creative, challenging, and so much fun. A huge shoutout to Kenny, who helped us with hints through the iPad he was absolutely hilarious and made the experience even better. His timing and humor had us laughing while still helping us stay on track. Overall, it was a fantastic night filled with teamwork and fun. Highly recommend this place we can’t wait to come back!
