From the moment I walked into Buddy’s Furniture, I felt pressured and belittled into making a purchase. After completing all required steps—including documents, references, and even paying a deposit—the store failed to deliver my order. Their excuse was that a “final verification process” had not been completed, despite my consistent communication and compliance. The way they handle business is unacceptable. They will gladly take your deposit money but leave you waiting in limbo, unsure if you’ll ever receive your furniture. No payment or contract should be processed until all verifications are complete, yet they push forward without transparency. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. This small store in a plaza seems more focused on preying on customers than serving them, while still expecting your hard-earned money to support their predatory practices. Save yourself the frustration—take your business elsewhere.
