I have been a top tier customer for over 4 years with rent a center. Never late they never had to call me for anything. I am due a refund since march 2026. I have been given the run around always famous quote check is in the mail. I was told would receive a check by June 5th 2026. It’s June 7th still never received this is not good business.

This has got to be the best customer service I have had in years. Monica has been extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. My delivery drivers were very pleasant and so great! I highly recommend this store!

Store manager is just incredible. I don't normally go into a store and tell the Associate here are my informations please work your magic . From the first day I walked into the store browsing for Furnitures she made me feel welcomed and wasn't pressuring me to buy merchandises I didn't need . She cared more about the vision I had and what my Lady wanted the House to look like .Thank you Azeila !!!

After my past experience at this store being a returning customer wasn't so great. But going returning today Azelia the store manager took care of me. I needed a phone she got me one at a good price highly recommended. Thank you for the awesome experience

I had a great experience with the staff here. I need a short term rental for a refrigerator while waiting for mine to be repaired. Delivery and pick up was fast and efficient. The delivery team was very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The store manager was also very helpful. I will definitely do business with them if needed again. Thank you to entire staff at this location.
