bought an electronic item, a laptop, and they told me to pay for insurance in case I had any problems, saying they would help me. But that's not the case at all; it's all a scam, and in the end, they don't help you at all. I feel ripped off, and I don't want any other customer to have the same experience.

Our refrigerator died this morning, and we were trying to find a quick replacement before all of our food spoils. After going to Home depot, Lowe's, and Jessups, we were shocked to learn that we are going to have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get a delivery if it's in stock. I went to Aaron's and met Sam, an extremely helpful and friendly associate, and my whole experience was amazing. We found a great fridge with the specifications we were looking for, at a great price, 10 year warranty, and were able to get same-day delivery! Sam ended up being our hero today. Thank you Sam and we'll be back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They addressed our needs promptly and got our rental request set up in a matter of minutes. Our new appliances were delivered the next day and installed as promised. We were very impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff in the store and in our home. They even gave us thorough instructions on how to operate our new washer and dryer. I would love to rate well under a one star. This management is absolutely horrible and they do not have control of what their staff is doing or maybe they do and that is even worse. I have put in a request to have another store or corporate handle my account so that I can finish paying off my merchandise as I refuse to deal with this staff. I am personally called 4-8 times daily at two different numbers. They come to my house a minimum of twice usually 4 times with different vehicles not the corporate truck. I am not home but have my kids video it from our system. They bang on my door up to 30 mins with 4 different people taking turns. The regular delivery guy threatened my 13 year old daughter with going to get the police because she wouldn't let him in our house. I complained to the management and all they said " I am sure she misunderstood". Their staff is in my children's windows in the backs of my property. I have at this point refused to let them answer when I am not home due to this and I am awaiting corporate to call and work out me making payments through them from now on. I refuse to deal any further with these people and I will not return merchandise I have paid this much money for just so they can resale it. I understand needing to handle getting payments but you can do so without threatening children. My kids are afraid to even be home because as my four year stated today " The bad people were here". Great business strategy! I look forward to resolving this and paying off my merchandise!!!
