I was called about my payment on 8/29 at 8:46AM, I explained to the person I was out of town for a funeral and would take care of it Monday, he was polite. But not 1 hour later I get a notice on my security cameras that someone is at my home, and it is one of their employees who not only came by anyways and knocked but he also looked into the windows of my home and insulted my animals, made rude comments about my home. He obviously doesn’t know a cloud based camera works. It was really disheartening to see that recording when I had already spoken to the store they still sent someone and also had them insult me deeply during a sensitive time. Will never lease from this company again once my current lease is paid. Hire better employees I’d never treat someone that way
This location on Brent Ln ,the manager Steven is very unprofessional, Nasty fishy attitude, & more importantly doesn’t care about customers well maybe ( New customers) since day one about 3 or months ago Steven (the manager) has always been rude and disrespectful in his own way. He acts like I’m stupid are something, tell me one thing and then come back with another. This man doesn’t care and I’m going to be the one to push every issue.
We really needed a washer, but didn't have a lot of money to dish out. Being able to make monthly payments has made my life easier. Our washer works great and I know if I have any issues, I am covered with my insurance plan. I have talked with several team members and each one was friendly and helpful. Very professional.
So I’ve been getting merchandise from Aaron’s for many years. I haven’t always kept the merchandise and have returned things as I was unable to pay for them at the moment or my situation had changed and I no longer needed them. Which is the nice thing about rent to own, you can return things and it won’t reflect your credit and you can pick up where you left off or get something later if needed. That’s a lie though. When and if you return something the manager Steve will put a block on your account. He will only let you get used merchandise which is usually junk and he will not let you get any promotions like the penny down discount and you will have to pay a month down not matter what your pay period is. I do not recommend this location. This Steve guy is the worst. He’s so rude and treats you like you’re a horrible person. Try any other location if you can.
I purchased a bed set from this store and my mom has been a long time buyer from them. I will NEVER and she said she will never use Aaron’s again after this process is complete. They harass me calling me multiple times a day about my payment, sending emails. I have worked in furniture many years and have never had to harass anyone about payment. I could understand if the payment was 30 days or more late but the payment is literally a few days behind and they start the harassment the day of the missed payment. It’s excessive, overwhelming and annoying. If it wasn’t anything other than a bed set I would just return it and severe all business with them. Im highly dissatisfied with the harassment from this store.
Colby was a very nice young man. He took his time and explained every detail of what he was doing. Finished everything in a timely manner. Had great manners. And he was just overall great at his job. Thank you Colby for bringing and setting up my new appliances. Glad you’re on the Aaron’s team 🥰
Colby was very knowledgeable very informative!!! Beautiful attitude, great customer service. I will definitely refer him as a go to every time.
