YVONNE FROM THE 15TH STREET STORE IN PANAMA CITY FLORIDA IS AMAZING . SHE REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I WAS TREATED LIKE GOLD. SHE KNOWS THE TRUE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The whole staff sucks! Very disrespectful! Doesn't care about customers! Especially the Big lady GiGi! She has the most disrespect attitude! She brings her problems to work and yell at customers! They show no type of good customer service! Honestly, just fire the whole staff!

Came in looking for a couch. Wasn't greeted as we walked in, one employee was on the phone with I'm assuming a customer and I'm not even sure what the other employee was doing in his office. The employee on the phone was dealing with I assume a difficult customer, because she was cussing, rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing, all of that. I understand dealing with difficult customers can be frustrating but you really shouldn't let other potential customers see you like that; you've got to maintain your composure. Once off the phone she came to "help" us, but didn't really talk to us much at all about what we were looking for, before walking away sort of mid conversation to go answer the phone. The customer on the phone was asking a bunch of questions about renting, and the employee seemed a bit rude to said customer just because of his questions. After all of this we just walked out and decided to do business elsewhere, because if this encounter was a reflection of how renting/buying through Rent-a-Center would be, I want no part of it. Do not recommend.
