I'm currently renting a loveseat after they brought me 2 broken recliners after 3 weeks. Now I'm dealing with a broken loveseat and it's been 2 weeks of them saying they will come see what's wrong with it. So yea horrible customer service and rude workers.

I ordered a couch the beginning of November and was told it would arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. 8 weeks later after hearing nothing about my delivery I call up there only to find out it's on back order and they have no idea when it's supposed to arrive. So, I went up to the store to get my deposit back and the manager had gone on vacation and left her staff COMPLETELY UNPREPARED and in the dark about everything. They wound up having to give me cash because they couldn't even access the proper computer systems to issue the refund without the manager's information! Completely ridiculous! Unbelievably long delivery time and to not even able to give me an ETA after 2 months of waiting is completely unacceptable. I wound up going to Ocala Furniture Outlet and finding a much better couch for a lot cheaper. Ocala Furniture Outlet quoted me a delivery time of 3 to 6 weeks and I had my couch within 1 week. I do not recommend buddies home furniture to anybody. Just save yourself the trouble and go right on over to Ocala Furniture Outlet. And no I don't work there LOL I just really appreciate the crazy fast delivery.

Jeremy was wonderful and helped me a lot! I was behind my classes for 3 days because I needed a new laptop, he helped me get a new one quickly! He was also super nice and very helpful!

All I can say is no. Bad customer service and if you try to return something because don't need it anymore or it is broken they said they are going to bar me and the wife from ever shopping at any buddy's again. The one who said it was Tina. So they need to talk to her or everybody needs to not deal with her and her poor customer service.

Daisha was truly amazing helped me with a new a/c. Was working alone and still took care of me and the phone that was ringing off the hook. Great experience.
