Great experience! I went to two of their competitors first so was having a bad day but these guys were great! I went in looking for a recliner sofa and possibly a recliner. I found one that offered what I wanted and thensome for less price than what I was being quoted for and delivery sooner than their competitors. Plus got a warranty. Everything was discounted, too! Thank you, guys! You made that experience I was having much better. Very honest and very communicative but not pushy about anything. We had time to look around and even went to them with questions not like the abandoning I got at one of their competitors and the other competitor kept following us around like we would be able to pocket a sofa and walk out with it. Will definitely go back and give good word of mouth for my friends buying furniture. First time buying brand new, too!

We have bought several pieces of furniture from Badcock. The quality of some were better than others, but it was our choice. My latest experience was that we had purchased sofa and recliner. After getting the recliner home and sat in it a few times, I decided I did not like it. (Again, I made the choice) When I went to talk to Frank about it, he said that I could bring it back and trade it for a lazy boy that I liked. The whole staff is great and we will continue to purchase from them.

Shop here, you won’t regret it! After visiting several competitors of Badcock, we decided to ck them out. Although we missed our turn off, we doubled back & was so glad we did!!! Chris Hill was knowledgeable, professional & ended up selling us a family room, dinette set & a sleeper sofa (all great pieces). The quality & prices were excellent! From beginning to end, our shopping experience of what we were looking for, the sale/purchase process, delivery scheduling, all the way to the actual delivery/set-up was outstanding, the experience was extremely great. With the service already received, I don’t know why but I was shocked to receive a follow up call twice, just to make sure the delivery & set up went well, that’s excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Badcock! We later learned my husband’s mother frequently shops here & we learned first hand why. Thanks Badcock for being the business that you are, that means a lot!!!
