We have been customers for years and spent a lot of money there. We have always paid weekly on Sunday which is a day late but was never an issue we just payed the late fee. Every since Angel the new manager has started there the customer service has gone downhill horribly! I receive a text every Saturday reminding me to pay which is fine but the threats that we can't be late anymore when we pay every week are ridiculous! Angel is very rude on the phone and clearly doesn't care about her customers and it reflects in her customer service. The past managers have called us one of their best customers with the same payment pattern no issues. We will be paying off what we have because we always pay our bills but we will never use any Rent - A - Center in the future.

Best experience ever! My refrigerator broke on Saturday of a holiday weekend. Can’t get repairman out til next week. Called Leesburg Rent A Center, Shelby, went above and beyond. She found a freezer at another location and had a freezer delivered to me within 3 hours! And delivery guys were very nice, efficient and helpful.

Delivery never arrived and then got a call after it was suppose to arrive saying they are stuck in traffic I love 9 mins away from the store. Yet they scheduled me last! Was also informed they didn't have the sectional I ordered and was gonna give me something else for the time being. Don't use these services waste of time and money
