If I could give more stars I definitely would! This place is so friendly and kind we had two lovely people help us David and Samantha they helped us get an amazing living room set. You don’t feel pressured in buying anything and they take the time to explain your options. David has a great team and he runs the store with grace. I will highly recommend all my family and friends to come here.

Don’t waste your time and money here just save up be smart don’t be desperate
I will NEVER shop with this store again. We had a power surge and the electric went out 2 days ago. This caused our refrigerator we have only been paying on for 7 months to stop working. I call aarons and the best they can do for me is a loaner fridge to be dropped off in 2 days. Now, despite all my efforts to keep my food cold, i have a freezer and refrigerator full of spoiled food. I have paid off several other purchases from this store, but this will CERTAINLY be my last time there. I DO NOT recommend this store AT ALL. Go to Ken and Kerries in leesburg florida.

Will never go through this store again. Waited a week for furniture to get to store (understandable) then when he called on a Friday he said between 11am - 3pm, I waited. 3:30 came around and I called to check as I need to leave to pick up daughter from school at 4. The girl on phone said I was last on the list and it would be between 6pm-7pm and I was good to go. Low and behold at 4pm my son calls and says they are there, I was 5 mins from my house, I called the store to see if they could wait the 5 extra mins as they told me 6-7. And they guy called me a liar and said he never told me 11-3 Friday when we talked and said that the girl had no business telling me a time. As he told me the date and times I was writing it on my white board, so I wouldn’t forget, he then wanted to continue to go back and fourth and told the guys to leave. He then said he would call back last night and let me know if they could come back last night or he would reschedule me. No call last night or this morning, so when I called around 12 to see when they can deliver again, it was another guy and he was nice, he placed me on hold to check and came back to phone with a attitude. So they definitely talk about you when you hang up. I have never expected that kinda treatment. This was my first and last time using Aaron’s in leesburg.

Great experience with representative Savannah, who helped me decide on what to purchase/rent and advised me of the purchase same s cash option within 6 months. I appreciate it because that is the best value for this is to purchase in 6 months rather than rent for 12 or 24 paying almost double the amount. I am so grateful, because I am in need of a sofa.
