I got a great price compared to the other stores for furniture. As well as I got great customer service from Marcus and Jimmy. I want to thank you guys for giving me exactly what I asked for and being very prompt with putting things together while I worked they also have a great sense of humor

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION. I deeply regret renting to own a recliner from them. I wish I had just gone to a regular furniture store and opened up a line of credit. If you miss ONE payment they call and text you non-stop and show up at your house with a big RAC truck and BEAT on your door trying to take back what you purchased. They have woken up my baby when he was sick multiple times by beating on my door. I was home alone with him while my husband was at work and I was terrified to open the door. I believe they would have forced their way in knowing my husband wasn't home. The sheer amount of anxiety that has caused me is disgusting. I take my son and hide locked in his room until they leave. The only sense of security I have is knowing our guard dogs would protect us. The store manager will ask for your card information MULTIPLE times via text, even after stating you are not comfortable texting all your card information. Major loan shark vibes. We have fallen behind a couple of times. Only by 1 maybe 2 payments but we always get caught back up. They make you sign a contract that has an "OPTIONAL" insurance fee but it's not optional, making the price shown online falsely advertised. We have had a terrible experience since day one. We have rented from a RAC in a different state and the experience was amazing so I believe it's just this location that's terrible. There is ONE good thing about this location, they have Ms. Sharon. Ms. Sharon gets 10 stars! She treats you like a human being, she is kind, and doesn't ask you to do shady things like text your card number. Honestly, she's way too good to be working here. She is the only one I give any sort of payment or card information to. Other than Ms. Sharon this place is horrible. I do not recommend anyone using this location. Also, the markup is outrageous. They are 100% taking advantage of people who do not have credit or do not want to open a credit card to purchase. They are also taking HUGE advantage of families that can't afford to drop $900 to 4k plus on furniture. I have chronic back pain and many issues with my spine that require multiple surgeries, causing me to not be able to lay flat. If I lay flat I'm not able to pick up my 18-month-old. That is the only reason we needed to purchase a good recliner. I again DEEPLY REGRET purchasing from this location. My family is 100% being harassed by these RAC employees.

The Atlantic Team Dani, Ady, Jimmy, Hanzel and Sharon are awesome. Very helpful and patient with their costumers. The delivery guys always deliver my items with care. They are very good at answering all my questions and help me understand my account.

I don't know how many times I have to give this customer feedback. But when I went in there, everything was screwed up from the day one didn't order. The right mattress gave me a used washer and dryer and put to my are. Put what I had paid before torts are used as washer and dryer. And gave me the wrong mattress wrong size. Well, no, it was the right size, but the wrong mattress. And was supposed to get back with me about the mattress and the bed frame. Also, but never did the little manager. I don't recall her name, but I don't think that's the way you do business. I've had a bad deal with Renaissance. And I will never rent what you guys ever again.

I purchased a couch & they delivered it without even cleaning it. It had gum between the cushions in 2 different spots, crumbs from someone’s children & pet hair. When they brought it & I asked why it wasn’t clean, even the delivery driver was in shock of the condition. He called his supervisor on speaker & the lady on the other line said “she saw the couch & bought it as is.” The delivery driver said, yeah but how was she suppose to know we weren’t going to clean it. They then took my purchased couch back, held it for 2 weeks because they had to “wait for the cleaner to be available” before re-delivering it, still with gum between the cushions & no compensation for the numerous inconveniences. I do not recommend giving them your business.
