Absolutely horrible!!!! Placed order online. 2 days later still no response. Called the store in morning said they needed to find my order but my item was there. Still didn't call me back. Call back in the afternoon now item is not available. Told me needed to order. I said Ok. Then he doesn't want to do it. Tries to sell me something that is 2.5x as much. Asked for refund gave me an attitude and said he can't process refunds and I need to ",Use the email you ordered" Whatever that means. I did try to email back at the Email I got my receipt from but no response. These people are lazy, lying, losers. Take your business to Aarons or Rent a Center. This company is garbage.

My name is Reina . I am a customer at Arona. I have had four different opportunities to shop at Arona. I first came because a well known furniture store which I had purchase from in the past would not give me the entire credit that I needed. The first time I bought an Ashley bedroom set with ĺamps, a small wooden round table, a large leather stool, and a standing mirror that also holds jewelry. The second time I bought a beige Michael Kors purse. The third time a huge black mirror wooden closet to store my clothes. Finally, now I am in the process of making my fourth purchase from them. I am very happy with all the things that I have decided to purchase. The deliveries are always prompt. The customer service is always excellent. The credit is always adequate and complete. In the future I will always be looking forward to more purchases because it is always a pleasure to be purchasing for all of my needs at Arona Home Essentials in Hialeah, Florida.

My experience has been very positive, which is why I have been a customer for more than 10 years. They are attentive, quick in getting you the product you need, and I am grateful to Humberto for his willingness to solve any problem. I recommend them 100%.

First the delivery people did not want to work everything was no we can bring up. Then they sent a nice guy to bring up to my apartment of course he shoved the refrigerator after I spend about 4K on a stove and refrigerator. The manager has not returned my call after 3 calls and messages to the store but yet I am responsible to pay them for their 4K on a damaged refrigerator. This was my second time returning and has been the most horrible experience as a business owner do not wish this upon others. This is how companies lose faithful customers. I don’t recommend this place check your merchandise before they leave your house not a reliable company.
