I've been a customer of RAC in Putnam Ct for eight years now and I have never been disappointed with the items that I purchased. I've purchased, bedroom set ,living room set, dinning room set, washer and dryer set,a swivel rocker recliner chair, lamps, coffee table and end tables, mattress, easy lift bed frame, and Tv's. Arthur Caudill is one of the assistant managers, who is always kind and willing to assist me in getting the best for my money. The store Manager Paul and the other assistant manager Scott have also been very kind and helpful to me as well; Dave who helped with my deliveries has also been kind and considerate towards me. I truly appreciate these gentlemen and the hard work that they do for their customers. Keep up the good work guys! God bless you all always!!!

I'm really hoping to be able to use rent a center again!! We need to get a washer and dryer. I've had MAJOR MEDICAL problem and had some issues paying but I've NEVER not caught up and just tried keeping an item. So I'm hoping and praying we can use you guys again to get a washer and dryer 🙏 😀. We can't afford to go and pay out right we don't have that kind of money sadly !! The service of debt to own is so Gabbert and helps us poor ppl sooo much!! The only thing is how much you increase the cost of the item of not paid off before the end you pay like double for items.
