⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Yardscape Buildings of Kinston! The team was friendly and helpful throughout the process, and I appreciate their customer service. Thank you to Cece Davis for reaching out and making sure everything was taken care of. I would recommend Yardscape to anyone looking for a building for their property!

Review is rather long but necessary in my opinion. Last October, we put a deposit ($1800) down on a building, did not order a building, just made the deposit. About 6 months, my health started to decline. I was in/out of doctor offices (specialists), ER on multiple occasions, hospital as well trying to find out what my problems were. Recently, I have been diagnosed with early stages on Parkinson's (shaking, passing out, falling, etc). Due to these circumstances, we decided that we needed to something other than try to purchase a building. At the time, I was not in a good frame of mind to deal with the situation so my wife reached out to the company to see what she could find out. After several calls, she finally reached someone and explained part of the health problems and the rep said he would inquire as to what the owner might be able to do. A couple of weeks later after several more calls, she finally got a response that the owner stated he would only refund 1/2 of the deposit that they would keep the rest. Now they have done nothing other than made the deposit, perform some admin duties in regards to this. She tried to explain more but it was in vain. They said we could leave the full deposit there so when my health got better we could move forward with a purchase. At that time, she did not state the obvious of the Parkinson diagnosis. They assumed it was just a normal health situation. At that time, I was not in a good place mentally to deal with the situation. I have made an effort to try and take the burden off of her and finally deal with this myself. Last week, I made a call and they informed me they would speak with owner. No response back so I called back today and once again explained the diagnosis of Parkinson's and they said they would speak with Owner again. Later this afternoon, I finally got a call back and was told the Owner said he could only do $1000 of the $1800 that they would be keeping the rest but I could still leave the entire amount there for a building when I was ready. I attempted to explain that the diagnosis was not a favorable one and I was not going to be able to purchase a building. I was just looking at trying to get my money back for my wife so she wouldn't have to deal with later on. They were set on the result. What really got to me was the follow up question. I asked as this disease progresses and in the end, would she be able to get the entire refund back and the answer was no, only the $1000. Needless to say it is apparent that a dollar carries more weight than a life. Instead of stepping up and saying they understood and wanted to do what was right, it just boiled down to the almighty dollar and not the customer regardless of their situation. A sad state of affairs so now the decision based on the lack of empathy from the owner is whether to just get the $1000 back and let them enjoy the other $800 because they could care less about someone's life and family needing the funds. This is a li/death situation at some point just not sure how long away that may be. This is my story, you make your own judgement on what you think is right thing to do. Stand by the customer or hold to tight to that money.

I highly recommend Yardscape Buildings Lugoff!! I was just about to order our metal garage from another company I found online, but I decided to reach out to Yardscape Buildings Lugoff first—and I’m so glad I did! Angela quickly gave us an estimate for the exact design we were looking for, and her price was much better. She also noticed a few issues with our original design that could have caused problems and helped us get everything corrected before ordering. Our building has now been installed, and we are very happy with it. The whole process went smoothly, even with the tight timeframe we were working with. Angela was helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Angela was wonderful to work with and very helpful! We just put our deposit down on a metal building and are looking forward to finishing the installation. So far everything has been very smooth. Would definitely recommend! Will update once the install is complete. Edit: Our building is finished and passed county inspections! The building itself actually went up within about a month of finalizing the order. The installers were great and cleaned up very well. We’re so happy with our building, thank you Angela!!

My experience at this location was so amazing that I had to consolidate this lengthy review by over 50% of everything I wanted to say. So, here are my highlights: Beginning with Ms. Angela Pool who is the expert on site. Within of 2 minutes of me arriving at their yard, she walked out and greeted me with respect, attentiveness, and candor. She answered the question I had at the moment and did not pressure me or pointed me towards any other products that did not meet my interest. Quick side note; there is a competitive business next door that had a building close enough to what I was looking for. Here is the thing, often times is the professionalism of the employee and their commitment to get you exactly what you are looking for or 99.9% close enough. Real customer care is the standard at this location. I decided to entertain the idea of exploring other options for my shed, I was blown away at what Ms. Angela designed for me! Who needs an architect?!?! She was extremely invested in getting all my requests and details added. No matter how many times I changed my mind on the location of lights, windows, doors, not only did she make those changes... she also added finess and an esthetic touch that I was lacking. My final product was not only better than what other business in the area had available but really set the baseline for what I now think a business like this should provide. The designing, ordering, and custom building process was been flawless to say the least. Yardscapes Buildings is the epitome of what perfection is when it comes to sheds. Don't look any further, visited them and confirm my review for yourself, you won't regret it. Thank you Ms. Angela Pool for helping me customize my 14x26 shed. A very affordable custom made structure.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Angela! From start to finish, communication was excellent. Angela was always responsive, clear, and genuinely kind. She truly listened to what I wanted and worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. She also understood my timeline and did everything she could to help make it happen, which I really appreciated. The office was lovely and welcoming, and her warm spirit made the entire experience enjoyable. The hour-plus drive to her location was completely worth it. Ce Ce Davis was fabulous. She didn't wait for me to stroll around and look. She came out of the office and greeted me, asking what she could help me with. We went through several possibilities as she showed me photos on the computer screen. She was professional as well as friendly. I realized I would not be able to use the larger building I thought I needed. I asked about one that was actually smaller than I needed. She showed me that I could get a better price on a medium size building with the discount I would get. I will be glad to recommend you to anyone needing a storage building. Went there looking for a shed for the backyard. Angela was amazing with her knowledge of the inventory and the prices. We had gone there three times before trying to figure out what we wanted ourselves, but after talking to her, she was able to get us the shed we wanted and in the color to match our house. If you are looking for sheds or greenhouses, Yardscape is the place to go and Angela is the person to talk too.
