Review is rather long but necessary in my opinion. Last October, we put a deposit ($1800) down on a building, did not order a building, just made the deposit. About 6 months, my health started to decline. I was in/out of doctor offices (specialists), ER on multiple occasions, hospital as well trying to find out what my problems were. Recently, I have been diagnosed with early stages on Parkinson's (shaking, passing out, falling, etc). Due to these circumstances, we decided that we needed to something other than try to purchase a building. At the time, I was not in a good frame of mind to deal with the situation so my wife reached out to the company to see what she could find out. After several calls, she finally reached someone and explained part of the health problems and the rep said he would inquire as to what the owner might be able to do. A couple of weeks later after several more calls, she finally got a response that the owner stated he would only refund 1/2 of the deposit that they would keep the rest. Now they have done nothing other than made the deposit, perform some admin duties in regards to this. She tried to explain more but it was in vain. They said we could leave the full deposit there so when my health got better we could move forward with a purchase. At that time, she did not state the obvious of the Parkinson diagnosis. They assumed it was just a normal health situation. At that time, I was not in a good place mentally to deal with the situation. I have made an effort to try and take the burden off of her and finally deal with this myself. Last week, I made a call and they informed me they would speak with owner. No response back so I called back today and once again explained the diagnosis of Parkinson's and they said they would speak with Owner again. Later this afternoon, I finally got a call back and was told the Owner said he could only do $1000 of the $1800 that they would be keeping the rest but I could still leave the entire amount there for a building when I was ready. I attempted to explain that the diagnosis was not a favorable one and I was not going to be able to purchase a building. I was just looking at trying to get my money back for my wife so she wouldn't have to deal with later on. They were set on the result. What really got to me was the follow up question. I asked as this disease progresses and in the end, would she be able to get the entire refund back and the answer was no, only the $1000. Needless to say it is apparent that a dollar carries more weight than a life. Instead of stepping up and saying they understood and wanted to do what was right, it just boiled down to the almighty dollar and not the customer regardless of their situation. A sad state of affairs so now the decision based on the lack of empathy from the owner is whether to just get the $1000 back and let them enjoy the other $800 because they could care less about someone's life and family needing the funds. This is a li/death situation at some point just not sure how long away that may be. This is my story, you make your own judgement on what you think is right thing to do. Stand by the customer or hold to tight to that money.

We been looking for a cute shed. We went by Yardscape and spoke with Adam. He was very polite and pleasant. He showed us what they had and helped us to decide which size would work best for us. I will send family and friends to Yardscape from here on out! Adam is amazing!!!
Adam helped me with the design process over zoom and everything turned out great! The building arrived and we are loving the quality. I even ordered it with only the door opening because I had a door already and they put painted siding in the building to ensure the trim matched. I checked around and came close to buying from another company but the price and quality didn’t come close to this company. The delivery was smooth as well. They have it down!
