Gotta say these folks are doing it right at Rollin Mini Barns!!! Ordering it was a breeze. I spoke with Roman. Great guy! The person who delivered called ahead of time so I could leave work to meet him at my home He was very polite and patient as we didn't know where to place it on our slab. I wish I could remember his name to give him his due credit. The shed looks AWESOME!!!!! Great quality!! You can tell they took the time to build it right👍 Thanks y'all!!! 10 stars if I could!
Awesome, fantastic, wonderful and beyond Exceptional. They built ours on sight and they are all Great People. The goal was to match the house and Roman and his Team made it happen.
Surpassed my expectations and serves my purpose to a T! I hope to use them again and their product and service are top notch.
Very pleased with Rollin Mini Barns! From start to finish everything they did was exceptional. Roman, with whom I interacted mostly, was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He designed a custom mini barn to match the siding and roof of our house. David and Seth were also well skilled at placing the gravel pad. Chuck, who delivered the barn, was likewise skilled in placing it correctly in order to be level. Thoroughly pleased with Rollin Mini Barns and would recommend them to anyone! (The blotch on the left side of the picture was a smudge on my camera lens). Super Job guys! Thank you!!
Shed went up yesterday, within 8 weeks of meeting with Rusty who recommended some solid additions to my analytical, engineer husband. Crew of 5 arrived with parts and by end of day we had a really great looking, solidly built mini shed. Fabulous crew!
STANDS UP TO TORNADO AND FLOOD!! My husband and I bought 3 custom sheds for conversion to tiny homes. The quality was wonderful, the construction was solid, and the company was very easy to work with. In 2024, a tornado went right over us and it neighbors all sustained substantial damage, but we had none. In 2025, we were in the path of historic flooding. These buildings sat in 6 ft deep water for 5 solid days. They were filled with water up to the tops of the windows and river mud that stayed after the water receded, but cleaning and stripping the drywall and laminate flooring out revealed ***frames that were completely undamaged and subflooring that hadn't puckered or buckled or warped *** in any way. We have been so impressed with this company, and with Roman who has been our contact. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They are amazing people amazing craftsmen ship ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ did amazing with our home I’m so amazed by what they did I tell everybody to go there because these people are amazing if I could give them 12 stars I would.! Tiny homes are the way to go!!
I've been dealing with Rollin Mini Barns since May of 22. Visited their shop near Montgomery IN. where I met Roman. He helped me design a 14'x24 Gambrel Roof Barn which was delivered the end of July. This Barn will become a hunting cabin that's been a long time dream. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. The whole process from start to delivery was flawless. Rollin Mini Barns delivered this building to pretty much the middle of no where with no trouble at all. You just need to do your part to get ready for them. If you're in the market for anything from a backyard shed to a Mini Barn Cabin You won't be disappointed. Thanks, Roman and Olin, You Guys are Awesome.
