Shed went up yesterday, within 8 weeks of meeting with Rusty who recommended some solid additions to my analytical, engineer husband. Crew of 5 arrived with parts and by end of day we had a really great looking, solidly built mini shed. Fabulous crew!

STANDS UP TO TORNADO AND FLOOD!! My husband and I bought 3 custom sheds for conversion to tiny homes. The quality was wonderful, the construction was solid, and the company was very easy to work with. In 2024, a tornado went right over us and it neighbors all sustained substantial damage, but we had none. In 2025, we were in the path of historic flooding. These buildings sat in 6 ft deep water for 5 solid days. They were filled with water up to the tops of the windows and river mud that stayed after the water receded, but cleaning and stripping the drywall and laminate flooring out revealed ***frames that were completely undamaged and subflooring that hadn't puckered or buckled or warped *** in any way. We have been so impressed with this company, and with Roman who has been our contact. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We was in a spot where we wasn’t sure what to do we sold our first home and my brother n law told me about rollin mini barns and I went up there and was directed to Roman we was working on a very tight budget if I might add and Roman did exactly what we asked if in our range plus more him and his workers went above and beyond for us and done a amazing job with our house I highly recommend them! They are amazing people amazing craftsmen ship ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ did amazing with our home I’m so amazed by what they did I tell everybody to go there because these people are amazing if I could give them 12 stars I would.! Tiny homes are the way to go!!

I've been dealing with Rollin Mini Barns since May of 22. Visited their shop near Montgomery IN. where I met Roman. He helped me design a 14'x24 Gambrel Roof Barn which was delivered the end of July. This Barn will become a hunting cabin that's been a long time dream. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. The whole process from start to delivery was flawless. Rollin Mini Barns delivered this building to pretty much the middle of no where with no trouble at all. You just need to do your part to get ready for them. If you're in the market for anything from a backyard shed to a Mini Barn Cabin You won't be disappointed. Thanks, Roman and Olin, You Guys are Awesome.
