Payless Rental & Sales rents to own in Missouri.

Great service and awesome prices, I don’t have it on my phone, but this is what it looks like. We just moved from California and Josh was really helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I came home today to a VERY threatening note on my door saying they were gonna have me charged with felony theft. I have rented from them for almost a year. NEVER late! All their workers walked out on them last week... so, you know how bad this company must be!!! They havent even called me before coming to my house and threatening me. What a joke! I hope this company goes out of business asap. Im not gonna be threatened by an appliance rental store. This store obviously got left in the hands of IDIOTS. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORE!!! If this is how they treat the customers that actually pay them they are not worth doing business with. Keep your distance and go to a reputable store right down the street. LESSON LEARNED!

I like the guy who dropped our dryer off he has patience with my grandkids that was awesome

Josh is hands down the best salesman I've ever meet. Awesome guy

Walked in to just browse washer and dryer combos, not really expecting much. Wasn’t sure if there’d be a credit check so I wasn’t expecting to get anything right away. The two guys in there were extremely friendly and I ended up getting a washer and dryer from them the same day. Clean building, very clean, which makes the merchandise look even more presentable. Great place of business with a friendly atmosphere and no hassle!

Truly a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was even late on payments a couple times due to unforseen circumstances and how most people dread dealing with a place or person especially in this situation; Josh and Mike were very helpful and As long as I kept communication with them they worked with me so that I could manage and finally pay off my furniture! The energy and atmosphere walking through the doors is something my husband and I always look forward to. I recommend this place! We also loved getting to interact with Yoda that sits on the counter; How Fun!!!!

Great place. We went in for a couch and walked away with a couch and a really cool bed too. They had just what we were looking for and Josh was great.

I was looking for a standup freezer and a gentleman answered the phone. Pretty sure his name was Josh and he gave me options and was quick to help. He was very respectful very encouraging and was easy to speak to. I do business here 10 out of 10 times just on the people skills alone and the respect shown that goes a long way in today’s world thank you Josh appreciate you.

Always a great experience with the manager Josh! He’s kind, knowledgeable and willing to help.

Evan is AMAZING! We have a family that endured a horrific storm that demolished their home and car. They are senior citizens, both have health issues, and Kenny recently had a hip replacement. They are currently staying in a 1 room extended stay in Branson. Kenny is only comfortable in a recliner, and his was destroyed in the storm. We contacted Evan and he had a lift recliner delivered immediately! Thank you Evan! Your customer service skills exceed 5 stars.

Josh is awsome!!! I have not had a payless manger this awsome since tim a few years back 😀 thx Josh, for the wonderful customer service!!! You always have a big smile on your face, we love coming in the store!!!

Josh has been very patient with me and does quick customer services. He also is very personable and the delivery guys made sure they fixed the problem on our couch that was a manufacturer's defect before they left. Thank you for your services!

If it wasn’t for being able to rent from them we would’ve had nothing when starting our little family. Great staff.
