Morrell Portable Buildings Houston, Texas rents to own in Texas.

Andy removed my old building and gave me a good trade-in price. The new building was ready on time and the building was built better than I expected! Setup was great. If you need a new building go to Morrell Portable Building frist. Andy has the best building and the best price!!

Great customer service as well as easy to work with and the pricing is great as well. Back for another one!!! And they definitely beat the competition in pricing but most importantly customer service

DO NOT BUY! I just bought a 12X16 shed and everything went smoothly and the owners were very nice until they started building. After completion, I did a quick walk through to see how everything turned out. The entire shed was very unlevel, the doors wouldn’t open properly, half of the skids on the bottom were not touching the piers, joist were missing from the lofts, nothing was flush or even close to it, you could also see the wooden structure from the outside where they did not cut properly leaving it for the weather to damage and most of the tin was bent when they slapped it all on. As well as they left a ton of screws and cigarette buds all in my yard. I found that out when my 11 month old had two screws in his mouth. They were apologetic and said they would come back and fix it. Well after 4 failed attempts of coming back and forth to try and fix it. They simply told me they couldn’t meet my needs and that i was being too picky and then it was how the manufacturer ships it and so on and so on, pretty much trying to blame me. It lightly rained today and the entire shed was soaked on the inside! It isn’t my needs it’s what i expect when buying a shed to keep stuff from the weather. They seemed very unapologetic in the end and was just told that all they could do was just pick it up and refund me. Very frustrated and a lot of time & money wasted. Save your energy and go elsewhere! I am very disappointed and hope y’all can fix your issues for future customers.

Cabrina Morrell was the most amazing person to deal with. I had the best conversation with her and she gave me a really affordable deal. I'll definitely be continuing business here and if you're in the need for a portable building with amazing prices, rent to own or flat rate, Morrell Portable Buildings, 6717 Eastex Frwy, Beaumont, Tx 77706 is the place to go. I needed a suitable, almost like a house for my baby to be comfortable as if he still lives inside the house. He's already comfortable. Thanks Cabrina, you're the best 😃

Very friendly people but they will tell you just what you want to hear. They have an I just don’t really care type attitude, will get to it whenever, they break appointment dates and don’t call you, you have to hound them, so sad there isn’t another company closer
