EZ Furniture made it EZ for me to work with they went above and beyond to accommodate my Fiance and I. Specifically Anthony and Mike were wonderful to work with businesses is business, how ever it is always nice to be treated like a regular human being. Respect and Communication is key and greatly appreciated.

If I could give these people more stars I would!! I went in hoping that I could get a love seat because my with my budget I couldn't spend much a month. I'm on a fixed income. Logan went right to work and found me something really nice. I went down to say hello and in just a passing comment I said to Margie that I really like a furniture set. She told me that if I like it then she would make it work with my budget. Not only did I get a beautiful four piece set I also got two wonderful tables and a painting. Many thanks to Logan, Margie, Taylor, Boomer and Matt. When my set was delivered they made sure that everything worked and even moved some other furniture for me to make my living room perfect ❤️❤️❤️ They're amazing 👍

Ez has made a huge impact in my family. They provided us with furniture and a washer and dryer. The delivery guys were super nice and helpful and they made sure everything was perfect before leaving.

Logan, Margie, Taylor, Matt and Boomer are excellent and will take care of you. I will be a customer for life. I would 100% recommend this company; this location in particular, for all your home furnishing needs.

If I could give EZ Furniture zero stars, I would. This business recently absorbed accounts from RENTown Rent-To-Own, transferring customer accounts over to EZ Furniture without giving the actual customers a single heads-up. Nobody was notified until after private account details had already been handed over and EZ Furniture started blowing up phones and emails. Lack of Flexibility During Hardship: This company has shown an absolute lack of understanding or flexibility. When approached to discuss a severe family medical crisis and find a reasonable payment compromise that could work for both parties, management completely refuses to have any sort of respectful dialogue. Instead of working with people experiencing major life hardships, they immediately jump to a cold rigid ultimatum demanding the merchandise back immediately and wont accept anything else. Broken Communication & Aggressive Tactics: Their collection tactics are relentless at best. They engage in constant phone calls, texts, and emails all day long demanding an immediate response. • The Catch-22: They will tell you your account is significantly past due—even right after explicitly granting two separate extensions meant to help you be current. • The Information Blackout: Despite the constant demands for money, they fail to and refuse to provide a clear, breakdown of what the past-due balance actually is or the exact required payment amount via text, email or during a phone call. • The Process: To get a clear answer on what is owed, they want you to drop whatever you are doing—regardless of caregiving responsibilities, your personal life, or work schedule—to drive down to the store to speak to them in person right then. Ignored Communication Boundaries: To make matters worse, I was a customer of theirs in the past, and when I returned those previous products, I explicitly revoked permission for them to contact me. They ignored that boundary entirely. Even after being told to stop, the aggressive attempts continued. Bottom Line: If you want to deal with a company that handles account transfers without notice, ignores direct communication boundaries, creates massive billing confusion, and shows zero flexibility to families going through the hardest moments of their lives, look no further than EZ Furniture in Pocatello. Everyone else should stay far, far away.

Kenny was amazing, he called before arriving. Was very friendly, efficient in placing our washer and dryer. Explaining how to use it and what to expect. He made sure we understood the agreement. We rent from EZ rent to own a few times and never had any issues with the staff.

I have been to ez for 15 years now. This location is top notch. Autumn is on top making sure my payments are posted how I want it every time. Margie(sorry if I spelled it wrong) is the absolute best ever. She is so amazing always helping me out with my couches and personally making sure I get the assistance I need every time. She even shares all their cleaning tips on my couch. My kids have peed on it as well as spilled god knows on the couch she is there for every accident. Logan is truly the best store manager every time a situation happen he was there to assure that is not the case and help me find parts and correct any false information given. I was told by prior past employees who are no longer there that my couch was discontinued. Logan was always able to help me get more pieces and replacement for my couch that was on back order vior discontinued. Im so grateful for this incredible team that is currently there. If any of them leave I will never return lol. But serious th8s ia your place. They help with payment plans and options to make surw you can keep what you purchase. All their items go through a deep clean. The store is always clean and cared for. Thanks everyone for all you do

Margie and Logan are always super helpful. Always friendly, they work with you through almost anything as well. At this point, I don’t know what else I really need, my house is fully furnished, but I will definitely find a way to stay a customer!
