Great experience! Was greeted when walked in door & not immediately flooded by suited salesman handing me buisness cards & following me around showcase floor. Associate Josh took care of me from start, clear through delivery. What a delightful human being. You know the old verse commonly heard from store associates wherever you shop, when you ask " Do you have blah blah & the associate responds " If its not there on the shelf, we dont have it" Not the case at this EZ location, you are shown a desk you an sit at with open computer & you can brouse ALL inventory available company wide as well as all inventory selections by Ashley Furniture . Stop by this West Jordan location & ask for Josh, you are sure to have a positive shopping or browsing experience!
Let me tell you the service that I received at this place is 💯. The service is absolutely immaculate, so willing to help and work with you. The general manager is amazing miss J. Is the best. And let me tell you these 2 young men that move my stuff for me. And have moved it before every single time they've come through, they've composed themselves as nothing but absolute professionals highly recommended. I really didn't think that I would enjoy the service. Is this much But this place is amazing. 5 🌟 ALL DAY But I'd love to emphasize again how absolutely hard-working those 2 gentlemen were And the time that they took to ensure that all my furniture was secure was even better !!! 💯🌟💯
Kenny was amazing, he called before arriving. Was very friendly, efficient in placing our washer and dryer. Explaining how to use it and what to expect. He made sure we understood the agreement. We rent from EZ rent to own a few times and never had any issues with the staff.

What more can I say to go along with the 5 stars? Todd is amazing and Ryan is hilarious! Walking into the store is so welcoming and the best part is they remember all their customers by building a rapport with them. 100% recommend!
I honestly can’t say enough good things about EZ Rent to Own. They have been such a blessing to me and my family. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome, respected, and genuinely cared for—not just like another customer. Life isn’t always easy, and having a place that works with you instead of against you means everything. They’ve always been patient, understanding, and willing to help in ways that go beyond what you’d expect. And I have to give a special shoutout to Todd—he is absolutely the best. The way he treats people, the kindness he shows, and how he goes out of his way to help… it doesn’t go unnoticed. You can tell he truly cares, and that kind of energy makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like family and not just a number, this is it. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for us. 💛
EZ furniture was very helpful and quick at getting me what I need. Kenny is awesome and delivered/set up my new washer & dryer in no time. I highly recommend them!
