Found the storage building we wanted and it was delivered within a week, good service and delivery. Definitely recommend them

I ordered a building over 5 weeks ago I was told by Jimmy that “they normally are delivered in 2-3 weeks” sill no delivery date. I understood that delivery and setup was part of the process but I was informed I had to pickup and deliver the blocks. I have called the company headquarters and got the same runaround with no clear answers. I will update this review when or if the building is delivered.

My husband and I ordered two buildings from Derksen Buildings in Bryant, AR. They both were delivered to our house over a month after we ordered them, in the wrong color. Jimmy says, "well they can build you some new buildings with the right color." I said no, because we have already waited this long, they are already set up and that is a ridiculous option. My husband asked if the company could just send someone out to paint them, he was told no. So NOW they are ordering paint for my husband to repaint them HIMSELF. We were told from the moment we walked in the door that we would be treated right. We paid money to have these built and painted the way we wanted. We have not been treated right. I do not recommend this company unless you want to receive something other than what you ordered and want to fix the mistake yourself. Ive attached a photo of how it is supposed to look.

I can't praise the work enough, Carl has a great team to install and build. Polite, professional, nice, and every single upstanding compliment I can't name in one review. Totally worth the wait and money. Good job!
