Pretty Great customer service, I wouldn’t say overly pushy, but definitely professional, and eager to assist and make a sale! The gentlemen, I spoke to it, extremely informative and helpful! Was approved for way more than I needed, And are able to deliver within a timely manner! Can only give them five stars, but would give them 10! But 10 out of 10 will shop from again!
I just bought a sofa today and had purchased a washer and dryer nearly two years ago at the Belair Rd location. Both experiences were exceptional. The gentleman at the counter was extremely professional and friendly. He was very accommodating to both what I needed and sensitive to what I wanted to spend. No pushy up selling! I was in and out in less than 45 mins. I look forward to the quick delivery of my beautiful and well-made sofa. My washer and dryer are still working perfectly. Gilda Jones

Let me tell you!!! From the moment I walked in there were nothing but smiles and customer service. Ms. Smith was bright and bubbly, her dad, the owner was very hands on and acted as a regular employee assisting me throughout the store. Even the delivery guys were polite friendly and helpful inside the store. They are so helpful and willing to get you what you’re needing. Customer service like this is rare these days and I’m thankful to be able to say I had the chance to experience it. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!
Highly recommend this place! Michael did an outstanding job at his customer service skills. Furniture prices are second to none, not even the BX on base! Check ‘em out!
Xavier and Marlus always take real good care of me. I have been dealing with them for about 20 years. All I have to do is walk in the store and tell them what I want. I don’t have to say no more they know my taste of furniture.
