Best people in town I choose hometown here in Winfield over all rent to own places

Michelle was amazing when we went to check out not one but two recliners! She was so easy to speak with and very informative. The delivery guy was so nice and did an AMAZING Job setting them up and getting them inside. I would so recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you so much hometown of Augusta!!!

Good and knowledgeable staff, delivery went well without any problems. Only thing left to figure out is if I’m liking the washer/ dryer set I got. Read some very bad reviews on it after renting. So don’t know. Of course 1 nice thing Is they will come return it if I don’t end up happy with it. So that makes me much more comfortable with the whole deal. I would recommend anyone to go there. It’s a lil higher than other places but well worth it in customer service and selection.

Morgan found me a washer on short notice, had to get it from another store. And had it delivered to me on Christmas eve, installed and ready to use in quick manner ! Saved me a lot of stress ! Thank you Morgan !!

Update: I was contacted and given the options to have the table replaced with a brand new one or receive a heavy discount on the table. My experience wasn’t the greatest. The 2 guys that did the delivery bandaged up the edges of the $2000 table. I emailed the store manager with photos and still haven’t yet to hear back.

I was new to the Augusta area and stopped in to see what was available after my appliance order from another source was extremely delayed. I explained my dilemma to Michelle and within a short period of time I had appliances on the way. The delivery went smoothly and the guys were helpful and friendly. I have used hometown for years, as a single mom on disability they make furniture and appliance shopping realistic. Washer and dryer, fridge, beds, couches, dressers anything you need they got it. Great customer service, not just once your in store or picking a purchase but the entirety of the pay arrangement. Jonah at the haysville store has always been wonderful to work with. They answer all my questions are helpful when choosing a affordable option that meets my requests. The delivery guys are always nice and respectful. They will always be my furniture and appliance store.

I am a new customer of Hometown and the GM was nice and called me and invited me to a Christmas party event they were having. I went to the event and the staff was so good to all the people that came out They had drawings, spin the wheel and it was fun I love to hear stories and when I was talking to the GM she told me about how her mom and dad opened the first store. The history of this store was a good story. The best part is you could see the pride in the store as the GM told me her story with this company. It's roots good roots that make this a place I would want and do spend my money
