Waited 2 months for him to get the permit for our garage. Joe said he was working on it but he really wasn't he took mt $1000.00 down and did nothing. Then said he was bring me the refund cause they couldn't do the building, then sent me a picture of the refund check and never came and never mailed the check either. Would not recommend. Joe is very deceitful, and dishonest..

I definitely would not recommend buying a RV cover or anything else from Joe. He's very unprofessional and deceitful especially after payment has been made. I would highly recommend you look for a more honest salesman.

Really enjoyed working with Joe for our building in Martindale. Barn turned out great and he was very easy to work with. Highly recommend working with him!

I bought a building with Joe and when it arrived to my property, there was damage already on it. The door was open during transport and they dropped the building on the land from a 3ft hard drop. I immediately contacted Joe about the concerns and he addressed them with warranty coverage to send a handyman. This process took well over 2 months and I am partly to blame on that. I communicated via text and phone the first time what was my concerns I did not expect it to be addressed individually and extended the process. I found out that the wall that suffered damage from the drop did not stop water from coming in via rainfall. I was told that this building was structurally sound and it wouldn't have issues. I had to contact the same information about the door damage and shims via transportation. Joe said "if that's the issue I can get a guy out there in one day" It took over a week because he wanted to meet me and see it firsthand even though it was the first issues I addressed 2 months ago. I value my time above all else and thought they had well quality products. I lost my initial deposit of $993 dollars because I do not want to continue business with them. I am only sharing my experience please do not let my bad experience stop you from doing business with them. Instead be more informed of the situation and have a better deal than me.
